How Do Nike Air Max 95 look on feet worn with jeans
Nike Air Max 95 on feet worn with Jeans
We tried on the Air Max 95 with jeans. One pair was a darker slim fit and the other was a lighter straight fit wash.
Nike Air Max 95 on feet worn with Darker Slim Fit Jeans
Since the 95’s are a wide base shoe the jeans don’t cover the majority of the sneaker. The tongue and “Air Max” logo were covered but the jeans fell right above the lace line. The darker jeans gives a nice contrast so the this color scheme of the 95’s comes out a bit more.
The “Nike Air” logo was covered in the rear view but the majority of the back of the design was fully exposed.
Nike Air Max 95 on feet worn with Lighter Wash Straight Fit Jeans
Similar to the dark slim fit jean, the 95’s wide base allow the jeans to not cover the majority of the sneaker. The tongue and front “Air Max” logo were covered but the jeans fell right above the lace line.
The back of the Air Max 95’s “Nike Air” logo + swoosh were covered. If you want a tighter look with the rest of the shoe completely exposed you can opt for “skinny” jeans or pants with a tighter taper around the ankle. For an office or work look straight fit jeans are a nice middle ground and since the Air Max 95’s are bulkier the jeans naturally take a nice shape to the top of the shoe.
Nike Air Max 95 on feet worn with khaki pants
The khaki combination offers a pretty clean look and gives good contrast to this color-way of the Air Max 95’s.
Nike Air Max 95 on feet worn with Slim Fit Casual Dark Olive Pants
We think that this look with this Air Max color scheme is the best. The dark green/olive pants with the fresh white, grey, and neon makes the 95’s really pop. Keeping them clean will be key to making this combination fresh.
Final Suggestion & Feedback:
The back of the sneaker has a nice design so wearing pants tighter to the ankle that aren’t as long will expose the logo. The Air Max 95 white/grey sneaker are a nice option for the office but we wouldn’t recommend as an every day pair. Based on their price and nostalgia we would suggest preserving the 95’s instead of beating them up on a daily basis. They aren’t exactly a business casual sneaker but depending on the work atmosphere they may be good every once in a while. Darker pants look the best with lighter color combinations of the 95’s as they really make them stand out.
